We are a boutique law practice handling Banking, General Corporate and Corporate Finance (in particular, IPOs, RTOs, M&As, Private Equity and Funds matters), and Corporate Compliance & Secretarial (for both listed and private companies) matters.

As we undertake substantial work relating to Greater China, a strong communication skill in spoken Mandarin (and written Chinese) shall be a favourable factor.

Foreign Legal Counsel or Legal Executive

Requirements:

* Possess a law degree from a reputable University, in particulars one from the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand or the PRC, with at least 1 year PQE in the relevant field.

* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
