Informix Database Administrator
(National Capital Reg - Makati City(Philippines))
Responsibilities:
Reactive support for the following:
* SQL problems or questions from Developers
* DB performance issues
* DB capacity issues
* Long running DB jobs
* DB backups failed or running long
* Batch job failures (long transaction abort)
* Batch job failure (server core dump)
* Batch job failure Data Integrity/corrupt index)
* Problems caused by DB Privilege or permissions
* DB restore due to failure
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.
* At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Required skill(s): Informix, Oracle, SQL.
* Preferred skill(s): IDMS, MS SQL, DB2.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City(Philippines).
* Applicants must be open to shifting schedules.
