Product/Memory Supplier Engineer – DRAM/SRAM /Semiconductors
(China - Based in Guangzhou, China)
Requirements:
* The Memory Supplier Engineer will technically manage the memory commodity and our clients consumers of that product within the APAC region. This would include all DRAM and SRAM vendors and some of the key manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will work with each of the suppliers towards improving product quality, reliability and efficient integration.
* You will drive technical interface/activities with Fast SRAM and DRAM suppliers for our clients worldwide memory team. This entails working with both design and operations in ramping and sustaining new memory projects.
* You will lead team audits of world class Memory suppliers, and Electronic Manufacturers.
* You will be technically competent in Semiconductor processes to enable effective management of the memory supplier base from Design to manufacture, including failure analysis and driving initiatives.
* Suitable candidates should possess a good understanding of the memory commodity and the manufacturing of computer systems. (Understanding of memory architectures and applications would be beneficial.)
* You would have managed supplier relationships and possess the ability to aggressively drive suppliers to resolve quality, reliability, and supply issues quickly.
* You will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze supplier stability/predictability.
