Given rapid expansion of our Sales and Service Call Centre (based in Manila), we are looking to recruit high caliber foreign language speakers to join us as Property Consultants.
Position Title: Property Consultants (English/Bahasa Malaysia-speaking, English/Bahasa Indonesia-speaking, Thai/English-speaking)

Reporting to: Asia Pacific Sales and Service Call Centre (SSC) Team Manager

Responsibilities:
Purpose of Role:
# Property Consultants will be based in our Asia Pacific sales and service call centre and act as the first point of contact for clientele in promptly handling enquiries on Regus business, products and services via phone or email according to Regus standards.
Key responsibilities:
# Handle enquiries on Regus business, products and services via phone or email
# Proactively assist prospective clients and refer them to appropriate parties for effective and efficient follow-up
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
# Be tertiary educated
# At least 2 years of practical customer service experience in a call centre preferably with an MNC
# Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
# Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
# Business-level fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, or Thai necessary
# Business-level fluency in English highly advantageous
