Order Management Specialist
(Singapore - South)
Responsibilities:
Business Environment
This position works within the Asia Regional Office of a Large Multinational High Tech Company. This is a vibrant company with both business to business and business to commence operations and is at the heart of improving our lives.
* Accurate and timely processing of contracts, orders and invoices
* Participate in Program / Process changes
* Learn new programs rollout from time-to-time
* Ensure procedures executed are reflective of the process flow
* Ensure service levels met or exceeded the Service Level Agreement
* Communications with customers via email, phones
Requirements:
• Ability in working with region-wide cross-functional teams
• Diploma or defree holder required with min 1 year relevant experience
• Experience with business processes and systems eg order processing, invoicing and date analysis
• Good in communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Experience in rapid changing environment is preferred
