Websphere Server Administrator (AN/BDHT/08024)
(Kuala Lumpur - Damansara Heights)
Responsibilities:
* Incident Management
* Elevate/transfer cases e.g. due to SLA target at risk, technical constraint etc
* Track incident progress
* Resolve Incidents
* Process improvement
* Escalate for abnormal situations, which include, but are not limited to the following :
* Trigger problem management for recurring incident within 24 hours timeframe
Requirements:
* Min tertiary education in IT
* Min 2 year(s) of working experience using administering Websphere applications server
* Knowledge in using WebSphere Application Server, IBM Http Server) is a must.
* Experience working in Telco environment will be added advantage.
* Strong troubleshooting skills on websphere applications server.
* Knowledge in IBM Servers will be added advantage.
* Foreigners must be willing to work in Malaysia
* Office hours available.
