Its services cover sales & marketing analytics, supply chain and aftermarket services, financial services core operations & collections, finance & accounting, information technology services, and enterprise application services & program management.
Due to its rapid expansion in Greater China, our client is seeking a high caliber IT Business Development professional to join the team as :
Asia Sales Director – IT Services
(Hong Kong, China)
Responsibilities:
- Overall sales & business development leadership of IT solutions and outsourcing services (offshore and onshore) to clients in China
- Build, lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- New Client Acquisition: Develop, acquire and manage new clients amongst Chinese companies and MNCs in China
- Develop sales and demand creation strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets that will produce maximum market penetration
- Build the company’s brand as a leading IT outsourcing services provider in China
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-and-long term sales margins
- Expand business and market share with existing accounts
- Client/Key Account Management at multiple levels of national and international clients, especially with key decision makers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT/computer sciences/business disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience of which at least 5 years in leadership position with P&L responsibility
- Ideal candidates would come with a strong sales and marketing background in the IT services/solutions sector, preferably with exposure to onshore/offshore delivery models
- Strong experience and track record in sales/business development in China
- Good knowledge of Chinese culture, business environment and business practices.
- Strong leadership, relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Mature, Business-focused, Independent
- Strong communication and presentation skills
