Telesales Executive (Bahasa Indonesia)
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Receive inbound calls from customers and respond to their enquiries in a professional manner
* Able to provide relevant information to customers and potentially attract their interest to promote a comprehensive range of consumer financial products and services
* May be required to make telesales calls to existing and potential customers from time to time
* Be able to manage productivity and sales targets in a responsible and effective manner
Requirements:
* A Degree in any discipline or a Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in similar fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Must possess a passion for sales, and a drive to excel at all times
* Possess excellent communication skills, with high ability to persuade and build rapport with people
* A strong team player with a pleasant personality
* Good time management skills, ability to perform under pressure
* Good verbal and written communication in English, priority to those with Bahasa Indonesia speaking capabilities
