COO (Chief Operating Officer)
(Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
* Managing repair & maintainance, technical, safety, nautical, crewing, ISM/ISO, operational, sales & marketing and branches.
* Creating integrated strategic marketing planning.
* Preparing annual budget & business operation planning.
* Providing monthly management report.
* Maintaining and developing operational human resources.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Ship Management, Strategic Management; Leadership.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Preferred language(s): Chinese, Japanese
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
