Farmapex Tranet is a joint venture company between Vietnamese and American. The new manufacturing facilities located in VSIP, Binh Duong, Vietnam will be equipped with state-of-the-art production lines and quality system management in accordance with cGMP and/or EU-GMP. Farmapex Tranet has been designed and built to get US-FDA approved in 2009.
Production Manager

Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and cross-functional coordination of all pharma production activities and processes to achieve company volume, cost, quality and schedule objectives.
* Lead and manage continuous improvement activities to enhance performance of manpower, materials and machines.
* Achieve given targets related to the KPIs of yield, quality, waste, labor efficiency, equipment efficiency, safety
* Establish and monitor departmental goals and objectives in line with company objectives.
* Ensure a sound and peaceful industrial relations climate.
* Maintain compliance with all organization and regulatory policies, standards and practices.
* Monitor the work performance of team members and make personal development plans to improve their competency level
* Forecast and manage the operating budgets of the pharma departments, including labor and overheads.
Requirements:
* A university degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): US-FDA knowledges, Six Sigma.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Knowledge about relevant regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of cGMP. Good technical knowledge of process, plant and equipment. Strong leadership, analytical and decision making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good knowledge of quality management, planning & project management.
* Full-Time positions available.
