STAFF / PRINCIPAL ENGINEER - PROCESS DEVELOPMENT (TECHNOLOGY)
JOB SUMMARY
* To support Process Development Manager and implement process development job in developing and transferring project, deciding the required physical / electrical target in semiconductor chip at competitive cost and development of overall process to meet target.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and transfer process to YE and support stabilization. Acquire from our technology partner (internal / external) the knowledge necessary for the successful transfer or development of technology.
* Support / work out the development of new processes and transfer project based on customers’ need.
* Coordinate available resources from process engineering, product engineering, FA and manufacturing group in trouble-shooting, resolving issues, process improvement and yield enhancement.
* Enhance the yield and reliability of the acquired technology and process.
* DOE design for technology optimization.
* Qualify the acquired technology successfully in company.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics or Semiconductor
* Experience: More than 7 years of Semiconductor experience in:
a) Semiconductor device physics
b) Process development (or integration) experience
c) Test pattern design for electrical and process monitoring
d) TCAD simulation
* Skills / Competencies:
a) Knowledge of device and troubleshooting for device
b) Process simulation skills
c) Understanding on the procedure of the development and transfer
d) Knowledge of semiconductor physics and device
e) Knowledge of reliability technology
f) Good communication skills - fluent in English; written and spoken
