Sales Manager
(Based in Ho Chi Minh)
(Vietnam)
Responsibilities:
* To promote, develop and market the range of products carried by the Company.
* To be responsible for the business development of new products.
* Develop new accounts and handle/service existing customers.
* Work closely with customers to meet customers' need and satisfaction.
* Contribute to pre-sales efforts, quotation, generate proposals, presentation and pricing.
* To work closely with the General Manager (ASEAN) to support Business Development in Asia.
Requirements:
* Sales Experience - minimum 3 years (preferably 5-8 years) of proven track record in IT sales, exceeding sales targets consistently and a record of breakthroughs in different sales situations/projects.
* Knowledge of Banking Software and IT. Business Analytical Skills would be an advantage in banking areas like Backend Operations, Treasury, Cash Management or Trade Finance.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to relate to C-level management and a good command of English.
* Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. Able to motivate professional services team to support sales activities and customer projects.
Other Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline. An MBA would be an advantage
* Good technical & sales experience in financial IT solution and services.
* Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with high energy level as well as strong self motivational drive.
* Willing to travel within Asia
