Technical Support Consultant-Cisco (AN/RC/08087)
(Kuala Lumpur - Damansara Heights)

Responsibilities:
* Incident Management
* Change Management
* Problem Management
* Operations Management

Requirements:
* Min 2 years experience with relevant tertiary education in IT
* Strong knowledge in LAN, & WAN,
* Experience in Cisco switches, routers, wireless other network appliances configuration & troubleshooting
* Candidates with CCNA & CCNP certification will have an added advantage.
* Contract positions & willing to work on shift
