Research and Development Engineers / Senior Engineers
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To assist Research and Development engineering activities.
* To plan, develop and implement individual or organizational development plan.
* To support development of new processes and products.
* To support technology transfer from technology partner or internal sites.
* To enhance methodology to improve production yield and reliability.
* To follow up on device and product qualification.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics.
* Related working experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
* Strong interest or knowledge in Process Integration and Semiconductor Device Physics.
* Must be self-motivated, team player and resourceful.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fresh graduates with CGPA 3.0 and above are encouraged to apply.
