Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of Pepsi, 7up, Mirinda, Slice, and Mountain Dew beverages for Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent professionals to fill the following positions.

Unit/Regional Sales Manager is a senior position based at any divisional city reporting to the General Manager (Sales & Distribution), the incumbent will be responsible for achieving company objective in relation with Retail Coverage, volume through Company Sales-force, Distributor.
Unit/Regional Sales Manager
(Anywhere in Bangladesh)
Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize & establish retail network/coverage.
* Deliver Annual target of volumes, KPIs.
* Guides and directs Territory Development Managers, Customer Executives in setting up their target and ensure due compliance through continuous supervision, monitoring and management input.
* Involve actively in the field supervision and primary/secondary sales monitoring.
* Assist GM (S & D) to manage sales operation, designing different trade related activities & other issues relating to the Department.
* Handle Admin related jobs/issues of the department.
* Have adequate knowledge/tactics of market intelligence
* Look after the routine jobs of the Department, in absence of GM (S & D).
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess working experience in the area of Sales & Distribution of a reputed FMCG Company for 7-8 years out of which 2-3 years in relevant position
* Adequate knowledge of major/strategic markets of the country.
* Experience of appointing Distributors & developing skills to manage/handle them.
* Designing/Conducting of different types of Trade & Consumer promotions and Market survey.
* Being habituated to intensive travel & spent nights at out-stations.
* Basic/working knowledge to use Computer (Word, Excel & Power Point).
* Candidates who are within 35 years, are highly encouraged to apply.
