We are looking for suitable candidates to be part of our PSG team and join us as:

Facility Manager
(Hong Kong, Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Visit clients at regular intervals to ensure they are satisfied with our services
* Supervise the work of FM Coordinators where applicable
* Develop the capability of FM Coordinators through training and coaching
* Budget, plan and enforcement of established procedures
* Assist with the development of proposals for new prospects, either in response to a request or a formal RFP
* Understand the scope of work (inclusions, exclusions, what is covered by DLP) to be performed and obtain quotes or internal estimates to develop the costs schedules and arrange site audits
* Negotiate on term contracts with contractors to ensure that the monthly operating expense are kept within budget
* Assist with risk identification and their impacts
* Undertake the FM coordinator role as point of contact between client, contractors, and Building Management for accounts covered
* Approve quotes within level of delegation

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Building Management or equivalent work experience in Facility Management
* Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
* Good communication skills with proficiency in English
* Proficiency in PC skills with MS Office applications
* Good planning and coordinating skills
* Ability to handle customer in a professional manner
* Willingness to learn
* Full-time position available in Singapore and Hong Kong
