It Helpdesk Analyst

Requirements:
* IT Helpdesk Support x 20 (6 to 9 months/PERMANENT) Urgent!
* Responsibilities
* To work in a call center environment
* Attending to customers' enquires
* Providing helpdesk support to customer queries
* Requirements
* Min Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
* Interested Candidates must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR
* Be able to commit to 1 months of full time training
* Must be able to work rotational shifts
* Taxi Reimbursement will be provided
* Renewable contract upon completion/PERMANENT position
* Candidates must be bilingual (E.g English and other language choice)
