System Analyst - Web Development (.NET)
(Singapore - Central)
Responsibilities:
* To provide IT support in areas of software development, operational support and project delivery within Asia region.
* Perform system analysis, programming, testing and implementation support (including UAT support)
* Investigate application system problems reported by users and follow-up with the fixes or relevant vendors
* Prepare relevant system / implementation documents. Provide or work with vendor on effort estimation and solution proposed where required
* Coordinate day-to-day service desk support to ensure that the required service standards are met. Perform tasks to ensure high availability of systems
* Participate in regular testing of system recovery to ensure high level of preparedness
* Participate in local rollout of regional projects / systems
* Participate or lead (for System Analyst position) local projects
* Adhere to IT Governance and Procedures.
Requirements:
* Possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or any related discipline
* Min 2 to 5 years' web development working experience, preferably with experiences in
* workflow application.
* Min 1 year of hands-on experience in one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies: VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server, XML, XHTML/CSS, AJAX, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP, Struts, XML, OOAD.
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English
* Have good interpersonal and problem solving skills
* Able to work independently and willing to meet challenging targets
