Accounts Executive - Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of a public listed company and have more than 20 years experience as a system integrator which provides a wide array of systems such as AV, PA, Pro-Sound, Card Access, CCTV, Nurse Call, IT infrastructure, tele-conferencing, LAN, interactive media management system, Radio/TV News' automation, tele-communication systems, and other advance electronics systems.

In line with our business expansion plan, we are looking for highly motivated candidates to fill in the following position:

Accounts Executive
(Selangor - Ampang)

Responsibilities:
* Manage all financial and accounting (full set accounts) matters to ensure compliance to statutory requirements and accounting standards.
* To ensure the accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner;
* Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax matters, banks and other statutory bodies/authorities;
* Plan and manage cash-flow of the Company;
* Handle other ad-hoc corporate assignments if required;

Requirements:
* Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
* Able to handle full set of accounts and overseeing all related accounting functions.
* Good communication, interpersonal skills and computer literate.
* Reliable, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work with minimum supervision.
* Knowledge of UBS accounting software is added advantage.
