ISD - Test Analyst (Hardware & Software)
(National Capital Reg - 7F IBM Plaza, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City)
Core responsibilities:
* Contribute to testing of any actions taken to rectify users’ problems to ensure user and system requirements are met and that changes integrate with the production system
* Contribute to the provision of documentation and advice regarding applications to enable support functions to work pro-actively
* Develop testing scripts and scenarios based on the testing plan and follow standard procedures and templates to ensure product testing is comprehensive
* Contribute to post implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the testing solution provided
* Contribute to the review and redesign of processes or procedures, on an ongoing basis, to deliver improved team productivity or efficiency
* Execute test cases, check and document results to ensure the system’s technical and functional requirements are met
* Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures to ensure information retention and re-use
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the testing discipline and methodology by developing knowledge of testing tools and methodology
* Contribute to maintaining operating environments to enable testing that reflects user environments
* Liaise with the business to include exceptions in relation to testing comprehensiveness and reflect operationalisation/exceptions
* Maintain test environments
* Maintain documentation for regression testing
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* More than 2 years of formal software testing experience, including developing test scripts and test execution.
* Applicants must be willing to work in 7F IBM Plaza,Eastwood,Libis,Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
