We have a number of Master Vendor, Managed Solution and Preferred Supplier status relationships. When appropriate FIRCROFT manage the seamless interface between the client, multiple recruitment agencies and the workers. FIRCROFT's reputation within the recruitment industry for Honesty and Quality has enabled us to develop strong Collaborative Teaming solutions, thereby maximising upon the synergies within these Client/Supply Base relationships. Our well developed Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Metrics and "open book" payment and billing information ensure that the service is flexible, streamlined, accurate and efficient.
Now we are seeking for energetic and capable candidates to join our successful team. The details of vacant positions and qualifications are shown as below:
Business Development Manager (Food Industry)
(Bangkok)
Requirements:
* Bachelor / Master Degree in Food Science or Engineering, Microbiology or related field
* At least 5 years of business development or sales and marketing experience preferably in food industry
* Possessing GMP, HACCP or related Food safety standard training will be a plus
* Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment.
* Proven success record in sales and marketing will be a plus
* A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
* Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
* Ability to work independently
* Fluent command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy
* Possessing own car and valid driving license
