Technical Specialist
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)

Responsibilities:
* The candidate must have in depth technical troubleshooting and communication skills as he/she need to provide constant update (as per agreed SLA based on the severity of the case) to the user
* The candidate must willing to work on shift as the team are based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia that provides 24*5 for Asia Pac, Europe and Americas users.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Windows 2000/XP/Vista , Visual Basic Script, Wise Package Studio.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Thai, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* Contract positions available.
