Our Client, one of the subsidaries of a Singapore Based Group which has significant interests in various residential, commercial and lifestyle real-estate projects throughout Asia, is now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following positions in China:

Business Development General Manager - Shanghai
(Singapore, China)

Responsibilities:
* - Reporting to the Group Business Development Director
* - Leading the business development team in Shanghai
* - Responsible for the Project Positioning to ensure costs are properly controlled within approved budgets and quality of the properties are according to specifications
* - In-charge of the sourcing for suitable land like handling conducts due diligence, risk management and contract negotiation
* - Maintain the Network with government bodies

Requirements:
* - Professional qualification or university degree in Economics or Management, MBA preferred
* - Above 12 years of relevant experience in project development or feasibility studies
* - Has knowledge and experience in project development in China or with exposure to the China Market
* - Strong commercial acumen
* - Good people management and organization skills
* - Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese and English is a MUST
* - Willing to travel frequently
