We are currently seeking high calibre individuals to fill the following position:
HR Manager (Based in Xi An, China)
(China - Xi An)

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily operation of HR management in Northern China and remote offices, including recruitment, C&B, performance review and employee relationship management
* Conduct reasonable collocation for human resources demand to ensure company business function
* Implement relevant HR policies consistent with corporate HR and put forward suggestion & solution for human resources management

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above in a relevant discipline
* Familiar with PRC Labour Law and human resources practice in China
* 5+ years HR management experience in international enterprise; 3+ years equivalent HR manager position experiences
* Excellent communication in Mandarin & English
* Be able to adapt to new environment rapidly and work under pressure
* Mature, independent and good teamwork spirit
