Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef will be responsible to:
- Lead a team of 60 Kitchen and Stewarding staff.
- Ensure smooth running of 3 kitchens (Main Breakfast and Nightly Buffet, Chinese Restaurant and Pizzeria)
- Have strong leadership and staff management skills to manage the local and expatriate staff
- Control food cost as determined by the management.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
- Good analytical and leadership skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English another European language is a plus
