Responsibilities:
* Prepare the organization of Quality Control group for the construction site, and indicate the source of supply.
* Prepare / review the Quality Control Procedure / Program in accordance with Contract and Company Standard per each discipline construction work. Ask for preparation of the procedures / programs of Civil and Foundation, Building, Instrumentation, Electrical, Insulation, and Painting to each discipline department. Review of those which were prepared by engineering discipline depart.

* 1. Organize Quality Control team and assist Admin. for recruiting staffs.
* 2. Coordinate “Quality Control Meeting” with the client person in-charge.
* 3. Coordinate “Inspection by Government / 3rd Party“ with concerned parties
* 4. Make the subcontractor understand the Quality Control System including the Quality Control Procedure / Program at the kick-off meeting held for each subcontractor by CM and Construction Superintendent.
* 5. Make sure the function of the subcontractor’s Quality Control system is established before the commencement of the work.
* 6. Instruction of job to be performed to subordinate Inspectors :
* - Assignment of job to be performed
* - Instruction of documents to be used
* - Briefing of Quality Control System being applied
* - Reporting manner of work
* 7. Supervise Inspector’s and subcontractor’s performance
* 8. Prepare the controlling procedure for handling of radioisotope and radiation activities at sites in collaboration with Safety Control Manager.
* 9. Direction of Radiographs shooting points.
* 10. Control of Inspection / testing schedule to meet the construction requirement by coordinating concerned party / personnel.
* 11. Supervise implementation of Inspection / Testing
* 12. Authorize and issue the Inspection Reports and Nonconformance Reports, of materials, work and products, and compile them.
* 13. Authorize the resolving method of Nonconformance materials / work / products.
* 14. Keep Client and CM informed of the resolution of major Nonconformance materials / work / products.
* 15. Perform other than the above, whatever duties entrusted by CM in respect of the Quality Control work
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya,Indonesia.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesias are welcome to apply
