NATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER
(Others - Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea)

Requirements:
* Based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, this is senior executive position. This role has full responsibility of the Branch Network and Support Centre
* The successful person will act as the link, both commercially and functionally, for the future direction of the company and reports directly to the CEO. The individual will have extensive experience in product development and marketing and preferably have a finance background. Tertiary qualification in finance, marketing or management is desirable.
* The National Business Manager will take a leadership role and be responsible for achievement of sales budget, new product development, annual marketing plans, new product launches, market research and analysis and compliance of all points of operations.
* The role is responsible for a large team in different locations with internal travel involved and will effectively build that team whilst managing the people and processes of the retail network. Working in the largest licensed finance company in Papua New Guinea, this role is a leader in the industry.
