Administrative Assistants Office Assistant
(Central Visayas - Cebu City)

Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible in the delivery of superior customer service specifically in assisting visitors and guests.
* Receives and transfers incoming business calls in a professional manner.
* Take down and forward messages to employees concerned.
* Receives, sorts and distributes incoming letters.
* Sends out and track outgoing letters.
* Handles other front desk and administrative tasks.
* Reports to the Operations Manager.
* Negotiate with suppliers.
* Coordinate and arrange travel requirements of the team.
* Oversee upkeep and maintenance of the office.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, Personal Services, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Communication Skills, Organized.
* Preferred skill(s): Basic Accounting.
* Required language(s): Filipino, English
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
