We are leading e-commerce infrastructure payment solution provider and are currently listed on AIM of the London Stock Exchange. In line with our growth and expansion plans, we are seeking highly motivated, resourceful and results-oriented individuals to fill the following position:
Operations Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Bandar Menjalara)
Responsibilities:
* To ensure the daily smooth running of the Operations Department.
* To assist in report analysis, system assessment, budgeting and cost control measures.
* Able to present and conduct product training to internal or external parties.
* To plan, implement and monitor promotional or marketing activities.
* To liaise, monitor and follow up on customer service relations and technical support matters.
* To handle inter-departmental communication to all levels.
* To handle correspondences to external parties including to the company’s retail base and key accounts.
* To conduct efficiency analysis to improve on service delivery.
* To liaise with vendors and outsourced business partners.
Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree Holder in Business Admin / Marketing / Finance or other relevant qualification.
* Minimum 2 years experience in operations, customer service or admin management environment is an advantageous.
* Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent command of English and BM - written and oral.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Able to work independantly and to supervise the Operations Department.
* A multi-tasker with attention to detail.
Basic salary depending on qualification and experience.
