Requirements:
* Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical (with semiconductor industry experience)
* Minimum 3 years’ working experience in IC manufacturing environment, specifically from the front/back end industries.
* Exposure to project management and execution.
* Process strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
