An established ISO 9001:2000 Certified manufacturing company involved in power generation and oil & gas industries is located in Masai, Johor with networks throughout SEA and the Far East are looking for result and achievement oriented individuals to fill the position of :-
Sales Engineer
(Masai)
Responsibilities:
* Formulate sales & marketing strategies for the regional markets.
* Achieve utmost sales, market share & profit objectives.
* Meet sales targets and performance objectives
* Plan and execute all trade activities.
* Ensure the achievement of distribution objectives.
* Guide and motivate the sales team.
* Prepare interim, annual budget and business plan.
* Responsible for the A & P budget and control.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Marketing or equivalent.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to speak and write in English is compulsory while conversant in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must report to work in Masai, Johor but willing to be relocated and travel extensively within Malaysia and overseas.
* Applicants should be either Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian, Indian, Pakistani, Vietnamese citizens or hold relevant Malaysia residence status.
* Experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Electronics Industries would be an added advantage.
* Able to work under pressure & a team player.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
