Being a sales company, we are looking for friendly customer mindset candidates to be part of our growth.

Customer Service cum Marketing
(Singapore - Ubi Crescent)

Responsibilities:
. To handle full suite of customer service offerings ie quotations, inquiries, sales orders, invoicing, customer feedbacks, after sales service, L/C documentation.
. To implement marketing strategies.
. To liase closely with the logistic company on import and export.
. To handle administration duties.

Requirements:
. Candidates must posses good interpersonal and communication skills.
. Must be self motivated, independant, proactive and a good customer friendly mindset.
. At least GCE O level, equivalent or higher.
. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Customer Service and/ or Marketing field.
. International trading business experrience will be a plus.
. Fluent in English both written and verbal.
. Required skill(s): Microsoft office, Typing, Office Administration.
. Preferred skill(s): International Trading Experience.
. Open to all Singaporean, SPR, Malaysian, Indonesian and/or Filippinos.
. Other nationalities are welcome to apply.
. 5 and 1/2 days work week.
. Both Temporary and Full-Time position available.
. Willing to work extra hours.
