Senior Functional Analyst / Team Lead(SAP FICO)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Strong SAP Functional Analyst/Team Lead (FI) to drive SAP Cross
* functional projects from inception to operations turn over and support,
* ensuring system solutions are developed to effectively meet business
* requirements and are completed under aggressive schedules. Required to
* work independently on large, major segments of complex company-wide
* projects with only little supervision
* Anticipates and manages the tasks and risks within each phase of the
* project. Reviews requests and business requirements. Ensures clarity and
* Establish goals and expectations for services requested.
* Coordinates and directs the activities of others associated with the
* projects including supervisors and on-site or off-shore resources, across
* different time zones.
* Independently anticipates problems. Develops and implements solutions
* to complex issues of resource allocations and project definitions often
* involving cross-functional issues and impact, event driven timelines,
* limited resources and conflicting goals.
* Must effectively represent SAP Team in a cross-functional environment.
* Negotiates and sets expectations with team members. Resolve issues
* with upper management. Drives cross functional teams and vendor
* contacts where necessary.
* Plans for and manages post implementation support and training to end
* customers support groups or vendors as needed to ensure service levels
* are maintained.
Requirements:
* Requires BS degree in computer science or information management plus 10
* years or advanced degree plus 8 years of related experiences. Must have
* proven project management analytical and problem solving skills.
* 5 years of hands-on SAP R/3 Enterprise Configuration experience. Exposure
* to high-tech/consumer electronic operations. outbound/inbound & reverse
* logistics, sales/repair management.
* Strong Accounting background preffered
