Moulding Engineer
(Singapore - International Business Park)

Responsibilities:
* Provide an engineering lead in moulding line development and scale up activities
* Lead in the moulding line validation processes
* Document all trail and qualification activities into summary reports for supporting evidence to validation and knowledge building within the company
* Deliver project based process, improvements, individually and as part of the team
* Develop and manage suppliers, including new or alternative ones where required
* Perform other tests to assist in technical support and process improvement

Requirements:
* Degree in relevant engineering or scientific discipline. Allowance can be made for relevant experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in medical device moulding processes preferred
* Experience in validation preferred
* Minimum 1 year experience of contact lens manufacture, measurement and tolerances
* Understanding of lens quality issues and their causes
* Understanding of statistical process control
