Guest Relations Executive
(Parkway Cancer Centre)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* To provide and deliver assistance for patients
* To establish good relationship with patients
* To solicit and attend to patients’ feedback
* To coordinate and work closely with the International Patient Service on appointments, health screenings and admissions
* To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
* At least ‘A’ levels with credit in English
* At least 3 years relevant experience
* Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good organizational abilities with good problem resolution abilities
* Competent in MS Office
* Passion for customer service
* Conversant in a foreign language will be an advantage
