Operations Specialist (Reference D)
(Singapore - South)
Responsibilities:
This position works within the Asia Regional Office of a Large Multinational High Tech Company. This is a vibrant company with both business to business and business to commence operations and is at the heart of improving our lives.
Program Management
· Collaborate with different teams within APOC (Asia Pac Ops Center), other Regional Operations Centers and worldwide on Program Management activities
· Conduct business requirement and process reviews, implementing new procedures & controls, and deliver on continuous improvement initiatives.
· Implement new 3rd party programs and/or enhancing existing 3rd party programs that can be operationally supported in the most efficient manner.
· Drive a consistent global approach yet fulfilling regional business/operational requirements by raising greater awareness.
· Ensure adequate and timely communication of vital information to key internal stakeholders and partners
· Provide and share operational expertise to influence & impact business decisions.
· Drive a higher level of operational competency with both internal and external parties
Run Management
· Respond to daily enquiries around operational processes of the program
· Provide guidance and conducting training to the field and channel partners around the operational details of each program
· Development and maintenance of process documents
Project Management
· Development of training materials for new program changes and tools
· Participate in user acceptance testing for new tools and new version releases.
· Work with the various worldwide and internal teams on updates and implement changes region wide.
· Drive ad hoc projects as determined by business needs
Requirements:
· Work independently with little supervision and can learn on the job.
· Self-starter with the ability and confidence to work on own initiative and mature.
· Proactive, well structured and logical in their approach to the job with strong outgoing and enthusiastic personality
· Initiative & drive, must possess strong desire for continuously improve, processes & deliver against agreed objectives
· Attention to detail and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
· Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with virtual teams of diverse background
· Possess project management and problem solving skills.
· Degree / Diploma
· Experience in licensing program management space is an added advantage.
· Experience with Microsoft applications
