Regional Reward Director (C&B)
(Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City)
Responsibilities:
* To develop bonus/ reward scheme for managerial and above level
* To review and approve the existing C&B budget plan for the region
* To develop and maintain a sustainable regional rewards systems
* To monitor and ensure compliance to global retirement policies
* To further develop existing regional C&B database
* To be the advisor in C&B/ Reward matters to the various business units and internal clients
Requirements:
* Regional exposure in managing C&B/ Reward Systems
* Experienced in implementing /introducing rewards policies and systems on a regional capacity
* Willing to be relocated to Ho Chi Mihn City, Vietnam
* Familiar with the C&B strategies, policies, systems in the emerging countries (IndoChina)
* Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience specializing in Compensation and Benefits
