Asst. Engineer ~ Engineer (Service & Technical Support)
(Singapore - Tuas[Map])

Responsibilities:
Your main role is to provide technical support, service and training of Broadcast and Professional products to the regional customers. You will act as a consultant and communicate with our regional customers via email and telephone. In addition, you will be required to perform field jobs which include on-site troubleshooting. Upon request by customers, you will also need to conduct training lessons in our service center or on-site. Occasionally, you may be requested by the Sales & Marketing division to render support in Technical Seminars that are conducted in regional countries.

Selected engineers will be assigned to support either of the following Broadcast & Professional Products:

1. Camera
2. VTR
3. Video Switcher
4. Monitor & Video Projector

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Good knowledge and strong interest in Broadcast Video Equipment(Audio Video) & IT networking
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to travel occasionally for field jobs assignments
• Fresh graduates and foreigners are welcome to apply
• Training will be provided
